The Calgary Drum Club operates on a "1-man, 1-kit" philosophy. This means that each individual drummer is responsible for their own instrument. If you would like to join and do not currently own a drum, we do have a limited quantity of spare drums that are available for lease at very reasonable rates.

We offer a variety of different streams within our organization:
     Competition Stream
          Highest focus - International competitions and performances.
          Performs and competes on drums.
      Performance Stream
          High Level of focus - public performances on drums.
          Does not compete.
      General Drum Club
          Good level of rudimental drumming focus.
          Participation, learning & social environment.
          "Drum pads & sticks"
          Neither performs nor competes.

If you are interested in joining, the suggested general commitment levels for each group are:
  General Drum Club - 1 to 3 times per month
  Performance Level - 3 to 4 times per month
  Competitive Level - as required.
